Refund Policy

Payments are held until job completion. Once a job is marked complete, funds are released according to the payout structure described in our Terms & Conditions.

Refunds may only be issued if the job was not completed and both parties agree. The Platform may review disputes but is not obligated to issue refunds.

Wallet balances belong to the Worker and can be withdrawn according to withdrawal rules. Service fees are non-refundable.
